Clacket Lane are an exciting indie / rock act whose influences derive from progressive Seventies rock with a modern contemporary twist. They have been described as both ‘Roger Waters’ love child’ and ‘Coldplay in the 1970’s’ and they proudly admit that their personal writing / performing styles are from being brought up listening to stadium bands like Pink Floyd & Led Zeppelin. It is their ambition to once more provide this country with a band that focuses on performance and to bring back the guitar hero that has been absent for so long.
Clacket Lane are regulars on the University Circuit around the UK and have supported such acts as; Scouting For Girls, One Night Only, Razorlight, & The Feeling. The band continue to tour the UK promoting their unique and individual music.
