I play the Bass guitar and I write songs. I co founded Clacket Lane, with Ben and Mick which seems like a long time ago. It was after Ben and I played together locally, what happened was I think Ben called me up with some free studio time and asked if I wanted to record some of our tracks. The writing style has matured now I feel, and a definite original sound comes through. From an influences point of view, we are told often that we sound like bands such as Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin. They are a huge influence in being a musician from any genre and I am honoured that it comes across that way. The Clacket Lane sound reflects our influences, and the bands sound has evolved due to this.
